晚期胃癌切除治疗的手术指征和效果分析

Resection of Advanced Gastric Cancer Refers to the Analysis of Syndrome Andeffect of Treatment Operation

目的针对胃癌晚期患者进行切除手术治疗胃癌的方法和效果进行分析。方法选取2013年5月-2014年8月我院收治的91例胃癌晚期患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察组46例,对照组45例,观察组进行联合脏器切除术进行治疗,对照组进行姑息性切除术进行治疗。结果对于两组患者手术方法的治疗效果进行分析发现,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,两者具有显著差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过手术切除方法治疗晚期胃癌是具有可行性的,并且采取联合脏器法治疗晚期胃癌其生存率明显较高。

Objective For patients with advanced gastric cancer resectionoperation method and effect analysis of the treatment of gastric cancer.
