分析心血管内科心绞痛临床药物治疗与效果

Analysis of Cardiovascular Department of Internal Medicine Angina Pectoris Clinical Drug Treatment and Effect

目的对心血管内科患者心绞痛情况使用临床药物治疗的效果进行探讨分析。方法 2011至2012年我院共接收了78例心绞痛患者,根据患者的临床治疗资料来进行探讨分析,对使用的药物治疗情况和随访一年的结果来进行研究。结果经过一年的治疗,全部78例患者的生存率达到了100%,共出现了16例心血管事件,患者的心绞痛再次出现的病例是12例,1例急性冠脉综合征,1例非致死性心肌梗死,1例心衰,总的心血管事件发生率是20.5%。结论临床中心血管内科心绞痛患者使用药物来进行治疗能够获得较好的预后,对症状表现的改善明显。

Objective To use in clinical drug therapy on cardiovascular angina patients in the Department of internal medicine,the analysis of. Methods From 2011 to 2012 in our hospital received a total of 78 cases of angina pectoris patients,according to the clinical treatment data of patients to carry on the discussion analysis,on the use of the drug treatment and fol owed up for one year results to study. Results After one year of treatment,78 patients were survival rate reached 100%,there were 16 cases of cardiovascular events in patients with angina pectoris,the re emergence of cases in 12 cases, 1 cases of acute coronary syndrome,1 cases of non fatal myocardial infarction,1 cases of heart failure,cardiovascular events incidence is the total 20.5%. Conclusion The clinical center for vascular Department of internal medicine patients with angina pectoris using drugs to treatment can get better prognosis,the symptoms improved obviously.
