对比分析腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效

Comparative Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Operation and Laparotomy in the Treatment of Acute Appendicitis

目的对腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效进行对比分析。方法选取急性阑尾炎患者60例作为研究对象,随机均匀分为两组,实验组实施腹腔镜手术,对照组实施开腹手术,对比两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间以及并发症发生情况上的差异。结果实验组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间上都优于对照组,并发症发生几率为6.7%,对照组为20%。两组结果差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎,安全性高,并发症少,疗效显著,值得在临床大力推广。

Objective The curative effect of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis comparative analysis. Methods To select 60 cases of patients with acute appendicitis as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,experimental group of laparoscopic operation, the implementation of the control group open operation,contrast two groups in operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time and complications of the differences. Results The experimental group in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time were better than the control group,the complication probability was 6.7%,control group 20%. The two sets of results significantly,P 〈 0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation for the treatment of acute appendicitis, high safety,less complications,obvious curative effect,is worth popularizing in clinic.
