胃溃疡患者的手术治疗与保守治疗临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Operation Treatment and Conservative Treatment of Patients with Gastric Ulcer

目的探究胃溃疡患者的手术治疗与保守治疗临床效果。方法选取2013年7月-2014年7月我院收治的胃溃疡患者76例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例,对对照组患者采用保守方法进行治疗,对观察组患者采用手术方法进行治疗,然后观察两组患者的临床效果。结果经过不同的治疗方法之后,观察组患者的总有效率为97.4%,对照组患者的总有效率为84.2%,观察组患者的临床总有效率明显优越于对照组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论用手术方法治疗胃溃疡的效果更好,复发率低,值得在临床上推广和适应。

Objective To explore the surgical treatment of gastric ulcer patients with conservative treatment clinical results. Methods July 2013 -2014 July ulcer patients I treated 76 cases of hospital for the study were randomly divided into control group and observation groups of 38 cases of the control group were treated with conservative methods of treatment of the observation group were treated with surgical methods of treatment, and then observe the incidence of clinical effects and complications of the two groups of patients. Results After different treatments, the patients in the observation group total effective rate, the total effective rate of patients in the control group, the total group of patients with clinical observation efficiency was significantly superior to the control group was statistical y significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment of gastric ulcer with better low recurrence rate, worthy of promotion and adaptation in clinical practice.
