目的探讨多孔钽金属棒植入、带血管蒂大转子骨瓣移植两种不同方法在治疗早期股骨头坏死上的临床疗效。方法选用我院与2012年3年至2013年5月间收治的早期股骨头坏死患者40例,随机分为治疗A组和治疗B组各20例,其中A组患者接受随芯减压后的多孔钽金属棒植入治疗,B组患者接受带血管蒂大转子骨瓣移植治疗。对比分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、Harris髋关节评分等情况。结果与B组相比,接受多孔钽金属棒植入的治疗A组在手术时间、术中出血量、Harris髋关节评分等方面差异显著。结论多孔钽金属棒植入治疗早期股骨头坏死,手术时间短、出血量少、并发症少,在股骨头的临床诊治和预防进程中值得推广和应用。
