Through 20-plus years of improvement, the concept of green economy has become extremely popular in the field of environment and development around the whole world. The major economies of the world have taken measures to encourage green economic development and thus promote economic transformation, so that the national economic competitiveness can capture a world-leading position. Looking at China＇s current and future development from the perspective of the content and goal of green economy. it is firmly believed that China has a more urgent need than any other country in the world to develop green economy, and it practically has certain economic, political, and diplomatic foundation for this purpose. China still has a long way to go to develop green economy; transform economic development mode, promote the green transformation, and achieve sustainable development. China needs to deal with problems of fundamental importance first, and then systematically think about the basic route and orientation for promoting the development of green economy
