摘要 表面热喷涂处理技术是提高连铸结晶器铜板使用寿命和防止铸坯件表面产生缺陷的最方便、最有效的方法,而等离子喷涂作为材料表面处理的一种改进技术,是制备耐磨性、耐蚀性高的复合粉末涂层的有效方法。因此,采用紫铜板作为基体,将陶瓷颗粒Cr3C2作为增强相应用于等离子喷涂领域,并对涂层的性能进行测试和分析,从而为获得结晶器表面耐磨涂层提供理论依据和试验数据。 Surface thermal spraying processing technology is the most convenient and the most effective method to prolong the continuous casting crystallizer copper plate's life and prevent the casting blank's surface from defects. Plasma spraying as an improved technology of material surface processing, is an effective method to prepare the wear resistant and corrosion resistant composite powder coating. Therefore, the researcher adopts sheet copper as the matrix, takes ceramic particles Cr3C2 as reinforcement to apply to plasma spraying, tests and analyzes the coating performance, so as to provide the theoretical basis and experimental data for obtaining crystallizer surface's wear resistant coating.
