Minimal invasive technique has many advantages, such as less trauma, less blood loss, faster recovery and shorter hospitalization. It has been widely used in clinic. How to manage laparoscopic resource scientifically to take its overall advantage has become the one of key points of hospital management. This article discusses the aspects of the laparoscopic equipments, instruments, management model, personnel arrangement and management effect in the hospital, with the aim to provide some useful advice for laparoscopic resource management.
