近年来，医闹与伤医、杀医事件屡见不鲜。如何记录医闹与伤医等违法行为的事实，督促和方便公安机关及时打击、处理违法行为，维护医护人员合法权益，成为平安医院建设的一项重要内容。本文通过探讨音像证据的证据属性等内容，为解决上述问题提供一些思路。

In China, the events of harm medical workers have been increasing and becoming more serious. More and more doctors are hurt or even killed. It is important for building a safe and harmonious hospital to record illegal behaviors in these events, which can help the police to fight crimes and safeguard the rights of medical staff. This paper provides some thoughts for solving medical staff harm events by analyzing the characteristics of audioand videotape evidences.
