GDF-15治疗对肝癌化疗敏感性影响的分析

摘要 目的探讨生长分化因子-15(GDF~15)治疗对于肝癌化疗敏感性的影响。方法通过采用免疫组织化学方法SP分别检测行GDF-15治疗与未行GDF-15治疗的肝癌组织中丝氨酸,苏氨酸蛋白激酶受体(RSK)及多药耐药相关蛋白(NRPI)的表达情况,从而探讨GDF-15对于肝癌化疗敏感性的影响。结果在20例行GDF-15治疗组,其丝氨酸,苏氨酸蛋白激酶受体(RSK)表达强度为:0.4358±0.01246,15例未行GDF-15治疗组,其丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶受体(RSK)表达强度为:0.3012±0.01278,前者表达强度明显高于后者(P〈0.05),因此GDF-15治疗组,其疗效好于非GDF-15治疗组;在20例行GDF-15治疗组,其多药耐药相关蛋白(MRPI)表达强度为:0.3574±0.02159,15例未行GDF-15治疗组,其多药耐药相关蛋白(MRPI)表达强度为:0.3101±0.01108,前者表达强度明显高于后者(P〈0.05),因此GDF-15治疗组,其可增加肝癌对药物的耐药性。结论在行肝癌化疗时,加用GDF-15的治疗可增强机体抗肿瘤免疫,但是另一方面可以增加肝癌对化疗药物的耐药性,减低其敏感性,因此,对于肝癌的化疗,加用CDF-15的治疗可降低其效果。 Objective To investigate the effecacy of GDF-15 treatment for liver cancer chemosensitivity. Methods Immuno- histochemical SP was used to detect expressions of Serine/threonine protein kinase receptor (RSK) and multi-resistant protein (MRPI) in liver cancer of two groups, one was using GDF-15 treatment and the other was not, explored the effect of GDF 15-for chemosensitivity of liver cancer. Results in 20 cases with GDF-15 treatment, its serine/threonine protein kinase receptor (RSK) expression intensity was 0.4358 ± 0.01246, while in 15 cases without GDF-15, the serine/threonine protein kinase receptor (RSK) expression intensity was 0.3012 ± 0.01278. The former expression intensity was significantly higher than the other(P〈0.05), and therefore the efficacy of group with GDF-15 was better than the group without GDF-15.In 20 cases with GDF-15, the multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRPI) expression intensity was 0.3574 ± 0.02159, while in 15 cases without GDF-15, the multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRPI) expression intensity was 0.3101 ± 0.01108. The former expression level was significantly higher than the other (P 〈0.05). Therefore the treatment group GDF-15 had higher liver cancer drug resistance. Conclusion HCC line chemotherapy, home GDF-15 treatment can enhance the body's anti-tumor immunity, but on the other side it can increase liver resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs, and reduce their sensitivity. Therefore, for liver cancer chemotherapy, using GDF -15 treatment can reduce its effectiveness.
