卡介菌多糖核酸治疗外阴、肛门湿疹的疗效观察

目的:观察卡介菌多糖核酸对外阴、肛门湿疹的免疫调节作用及疗效。方法:76例病人随机分为两组,治疗组口服录雷他定10mg。一天一次,同时隔日肌注卡介菌多糖核酸针0.5mg,18支为一个疗程。对照组口服录雷他定10mg,一日一次。结果:治疗组在有效率上较对照组高,复发率低。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸在治疗外阴、肛门湿疹上,可以显著改善患者免疫功能,提高其有效率,且安全性高,是一种很好的治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on the immunoregulatory effects of vulva and anus eczema and curative effect.
