摘要 工资改革是企业改善内部管理的必经之路。但无论是企业自主操作还是聘请专业咨询公司,工资改革最终落实到每个员工时往往困难重重。本文以浙江TH建设有限公司的工资制度改革为例,提出了基于胜任力评价的工资等级入级方法,实现了员工与工资等级的合理匹配,该方法评价科学、操作简单、群众接受程度高,为企业工资制度改革顺利落地提供借鉴参考。 Wage reform is a necessary process to improve the internal management of enterprises. However, whether it is designed by the company itself or assisted by professional consultants, there are usually many difficulties when it is eventually conducted in employees. Based on the management reform case of Zhejiang TH construction company, this paper propose and elaborate a method of the grade salary scale based on the competency evaluation, which has realized a reasonable match between employees and their wage level. Since this method is characterized as scientific, easy to conduct, and highly accepted by employees, we intend to provide helpful implications for successful wage reform.
