摘要
在企业社会责任的相关利益者中,对员工的社会责任应该是履行其他相关利益者责任的前提和基础。本文通过对辉瑞人力资源管理的相关实践梳理,构建以企业社会责任为基础的人力资源管理体系,以期为我国企业的人力资源管理提供借鉴和启示。
In all stakeholders of corporate social responsibility, the responsibility to employees should be the premise and the foundation to fulfill other stakeholder responsibilities. Through the analysis of the practice of human resource management of Pfizer, the paper elucidates the relationship between human resource management and corporate social responsibility, human resource management practice how to support the enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, and provides reference for other enterprises of human resources management.
