工科院校行政管理专业应用型人才培养模式探析

Exploration of the Cultivation Mode of Applied Administrative Management Talents in the Engineering University

从行政管理学科的特点和市场人才需求及工科院校的自身特点和优势,说明工科院校行政管理专业"应用型"人才培养是理性选择。但工科院校行政管理专业存在专业建设滞后、目标定位不准、课程设置不合理、实践教学薄弱、应用型师资缺乏等问题。为此,应加强专业建设、构建合理的课程体系、加强实践教学、建设双师型师资队伍,来保障应用型人才培养。

This paper proves that applied talent cultivation is a rational choice of administrative management major in the engineer- ing university from aspects of the features of administrative management discipline and the market demand of talents as well as the fea- tures and advantages of the engineering university. However, there exist some problems in administrative management major of the en- gineering university, such as backward disciplinary construction, ambiguous orientation, unreasonable curriculum design, weak prac- tice teaching and the lack of applied teaching staff. Thus, we should strengthen discipline construction, construct reasonable curricu- lum system, improve practice teaching, and build applied teaching staff to guarantee the cuhivation of applied talents.
