摘要 基础教育新课程改革自2001年9月在全国38个国家级实验区进行了实验,后来扩大到近5 000个县(区)开展实验,一直到现在全面实行。基础教育经过十多年的新课程改革,在收获硕果的同时也发现了诸多问题,其中教师角色转换问题亟待解决。鉴于此,通过梳理小学教师在角色转换中存在的问题,探究相应的解决对策,以期推进新课程改革的深入实施。 The new curriculum reform of basic education has been experimented in 38 state-level pilots since September, 2001, then spread to 5 000 counties or districts and now implemented comprehensively. Over more than ten years' new curriculum reform, basic education has harvested a great success but some problems emerge in the same time, among which, the role switching of teachers is urgently in need of solution. Thus, this paper summarizes the problems of primary school teachers' role switching and discusses the coping strategies in order to push forward the deeper implementation of the new curriculum reform.
