摘要
以Lakoff&Johnson的概念隐喻理论为基础,论述了概念隐喻中用已知源域来感知、想象和理解目标域的映射关系;分析了结构隐喻、方位隐喻和实体隐喻的不同喻体;以英语经济新闻语篇中概念隐喻的大量实例为例,对隐喻进行了简要的研究和分析。在此基础上,提出运用隐喻思维去学习和理解英语经济新闻信息,理解西方文化以及中西文化的差异,促进英语教育、学习和日常阅读的建议。
On the basis of the conceptual metaphor theory of Lakoff ＆ Johnson, this paper discusses the understanding of the target domain through a known source domain with perception, imagination and mapping in the concept of metaphor and analyzes the different vehicles of structural metaphor, orientational metaphor and ontological metaphor. With a large number of examples in English economic news discourse, it studies and analyzes metaphors in brief. It suggests using the metaphorical thinking to learn and understand English economic news, to understand the western culture and the differences between Chinese and Western culture, and to promote English education, learning and daily reading.
