公路建设项目目标持续性评价研究

Study of the evaluation of highway construction project target durative

围绕目标分析 ,提出了公路建设项目目标持续性评价指标 :服务交通量评价和持续性能力评价 ;根据服务交通量、服务水平、通行能力三者的关系和现行技术标准 ,以初始交通量、设计远景交通量以及道路的容许交通量为条件 ,推求了四车道高速公路服务交通量目标评价标准 ;给出了持续性能力衡量指标 :技术能力、经营管理能力、经济能力、社会发展能力。

Focusing on the analysis of the target, this paper put forward the evaluation indexes of highway construction project target durative: the evaluation of serving traffic and durative ability.According to the current technology criterion and the relationship among the serving traffic,the serving level and the capacity for traffic,this paper introduced the evaluation criterion of the four lane express highway serving traffic target on the basis of the original traffic, the future traffic designed and the admittable traffic of the highway. It also gave the evaluation criterion of durative ability:technology ability, management ability, economic ability and society development ability.
