高胰岛素水平与高脂饮食对肥胖影响的对比研究

摘要 目的研究高胰岛素水平与高脂饮食对引起小鼠肥胖的重要性。方法将6周龄雄性小鼠C57BL/6J小鼠60只禁食8h测空腹胰岛素水平,分成高胰岛素水平组(HI)和低胰岛素水平组(LI),两组间随机分成高脂饮食组和普食组,每组15只,分别喂养12周后测各组间小鼠体质量和肾周及肠系膜脂肪组织的重量。结果高胰岛素水平高脂饮食组小鼠体质量和肾周及肠系膜脂肪组织重量显著高于其他各组;低胰岛素水平高脂饮食组体质量和肾周脂肪组织高于高胰岛素水平普食组(P〈0.05)。高胰岛素水平普食组体质量和肾周脂肪组织重量高于低胰岛素水平普食组(P〈0.05)。结论高胰岛素水平状态容易引起小鼠肥胖的发生,但是高脂饮食比高胰岛素水平引起肥胖的作用更大。 Objective To investigate the effects of high insulin levels and high-fat diet on obesity. Methods Six weeks of male mice 60 C57BL/6 J mice fasting 8 hours measured fasting insulin levels were divided into the high insulin levels group and low insulin levels group, and between the two groups randomly divided into high-fat diet group and low-fat diet group, with 15 cases in each group. Twelve weeks after feeding, the weight of mice and perinatal and mesenteric adipose tissue weight in each group were measured. Results The high insulin levels and high-fat diet of mice weight and kidney and mesenteric adipose tissue weight was significantly higher than other groups; Low insulin levels and high fat diet group weight and kidney adipose tissue was higher than the high level of insulin's food group(P 〈0. 05 ). High insulin levels, body weight and food group kidney adipose tissue weight was higher than low insulin levels, food group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The high insulin levels state is easy to cause the occurrence of obesity in mice, but high-fat diet is greater than the role of high insulin levels to cause obesity.
