丹参酮ⅡA对柔红霉素致大鼠心肌细胞损伤的保护作用 被引量:3

Protective effects of tanshinone Ⅱ A on daunorubicin-induced cardiomyocyte injury

摘要 目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA(TanⅡA)对柔红霉素(DNR)所致大鼠心脏毒性的预防作用,为临床肿瘤治疗提供心脏防护策略。方法将50只4周龄心电图正常的雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、DNR组、TanⅡAI组、TanⅡAⅡ组、TanⅡAⅢ组,观察不同剂量(4、8、16mg/(kg·d))TanⅡA对大鼠心电活动、心功能的影响。结果TanⅡAⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均未出现心律失常,左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率明显高于与DNR组(P〈0.05),且呈剂量效应关系。结论8—16mg/kg TanⅡA能预防和减轻DNR对大鼠心肌细胞的损伤,具有心肌保护作用。 Objective To observe the preventive and protective effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A ( Tan Ⅱ A) on myocardial cell injury caused by soft erythromycin(DNR). Methods The thirty-five four-week- old healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group, DNR group, Tan Ⅱ A Ⅰ group, Tan Ⅱ A Ⅱ group, Tan ⅡA Ⅲ group. The effects of different doses of Tan Ⅱ A on electrical activity and heart function in rats were observed. Results Compared with the DNR group, in Tan Ⅱ A Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ group, the electrical activity and heart function detection value reduced(P 〈 0. 05) , and showed a dose-response relationship. Conclusions Einght mg/kg to 16 mg/kg Tan Ⅱ A can prevent and mitigate the DNR-induced myocardial cell injury in rats, with myocardial protection.
