ZNZL3082型内热式直立炭化炉出焦方式为湿法熄焦,因湿法熄焦的半焦中含水量过高,环境污染严重,故将其改造为低水分熄焦,通过内部喷洒水来冷却半焦,降低半焦含水率,节省烘干煤气,减轻车间污染物的排放。
