摘要
如何尽快成为一名合格的工科院校青年教师,是目前各个高校师资队伍建设的重要环节之一。笔者结合自己的体会及名师教学经验,详细分析了工科院校青年教师的优势和不足,从青年教师角度提出了自我提升措施,以供一些工科院校的的高校青年教师参考。
How quickly becoming an eligible young teacher is very important in building teacher resources for engineering colleges. Combined with author's practice and top teacher's teaching experience, this paper sums up the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers at engineering colleges. The concrete advanced measures were also offered for reference.
