正交试验法优选香元消痔巴布贴提取工艺

Optimization of Extract Technology for Xiangyuan xiaozhi cataplasm by Orthogonel Design

目的:优选香元消痔巴布贴的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以浸膏质量和小檗碱的含量为指标,对加水用量、提取时间、提取次数进行优选。结果:香元消痔巴布贴水提的最佳提取工艺为每次加10倍量水,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:优选的水提取工艺方法可行、工艺稳定、重现性好。

Objective To optimize the extract process of Xiangyuan xiaozhi cataplasm. Methods The optimum conditions of Xian- gyuan xiaozhi cataplasm were selected with the extraetum and the active components berberine hydrochloride as the indicators. Results The optimal process was 10 times water adding into herbal pieces, then reflux extracting 2 times and 1.5 hours for each time. Conclusion The optimal extration process is stable and reasonable, which can effectively extract the active ingredients of Xiangyuan xiaozhi cataplasm.
