摘要
回顾近些年关于缺血性中风的中外文献,总结了缺血性中风实验常用的大脑中动脉闭塞再灌注损伤大鼠模型制作方法与改进,同时概述了中蒙医药治疗大脑中动脉闭塞再灌注损伤大鼠模型的作用机制与研究现状,充分认识到中蒙医药治疗缺血性中风确实有其独特的优势,可通过药物或针灸等多种途径保护并修复脑组织,为进一步研究中蒙药治疗缺血性中风提供参考。
Though reviewing a large number of recent Chinese and foreign literature about cerebral ischemic stroke, suming up the improvement method of making MCAO/R rats model commonly used in the experiment of cerebral ischemic stroke. In the mean- time, summarize the action mechanism and research status of treating MCAO/R rats model by traditional Chinese and Mongolian medi- cine. We can realize that the Chinese and Mongolia medicine for the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke have its unique advantages, Chinese and Mongolian medicine can using numerous ways such as herbs or acupuncture to protect and repair the brain tissue. It pro- vides a reference to next analysis that the treatment of Chinese and Mongolian medicine on the cerebral ischemic stroke.
