自拟补肾调经汤治疗肾虚型月经过少45例临床观察

The clinical observation on Kidney deficiency type hypomenorrhea with Bu shen tiao jing Decoction

目的:观察自拟补肾调经汤治疗肾虚型月经过少的临床疗效。方法:采取口服中药补肾调经汤治疗45例肾虚型月经过少患者,三个月为一个疗程。观察治疗前后的中医积分、血清性激素水平及月经周期第21天子宫内膜厚度。结果:补肾调经汤治疗肾虚型月经过少总有效率达92.86%,治疗后血清中卵泡刺激素(FSH)及雌二醇(E2)水平均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚;子宫内膜的厚度明显增厚(P<0.05﹚。结论:补肾调经汤可通过内分泌系统的整体良性调节治疗肾虚型月经过少,疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and investigate the curative effect of Bu shen tiao jing Decoction in treating Kidney deficiency type hypomenorrhea. Methods 45 cases of Kidney deficiency type patients were given Bu shen tiao jing Decoction , and 3 months for a period of treatment. Observed before and after treatment , signs and symptoms of each index detection improved, sex hormone, and the endometrial thickness at the 21st day after menstrual. Result the over effective rate was 92. 86%, and FSH, E2 and the endometri- al thickness were significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Bu shen tiao jing Decoction has positive effect in treating Kidney deficiency type hypomenorrhea.
