药疗联合食疗治疗围绝经期综合症50例临床观察

目的:观察围绝经期综合征患者采用药疗联合食疗治疗的临床效果。方法:选取围绝经期综合征患者100例,按治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组予以坤泰胶囊与雌激素联合疗法,同时予以食疗干预;对照组仅予以坤泰胶囊与雌激素疗法,治疗3个月,治疗后比较两组的临床有总效率、激素水平变化情况。结果:观察组、对照组的临床总有效率分别为86.0%、58.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的E2、FSH、LH等各项激素水平指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围绝经期综合征患者应用药疗加食疗治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状及激素水平,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Conclusion The patients with perimenopausal syndrome u- sing medication and diet therapy in the treatment, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and hormone levels and clinical effica- cy, It is worthy of clinical promotiorL
