麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pills Combined with Trimetazidine Hydrochloride on Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察采用麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选取84例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例,2组均给予常规的治疗,治疗组加用麝香保心丸和盐酸曲美他嗪片,2组患者均连续治疗2月,观察2组患者的主要生理指标、临床疗效及不良反应等。结果:对照组总有效率为69.0%,治疗组总有效率为92.9%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2月后,治疗组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心房舒张末期内径(LADD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)值改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论:使用麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭,具有安全、有效、可靠等特点,有一定的临床借鉴意义。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride therapy for elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： Eighty-four cases were evenly randomized into control group and treatment group. Both groups were given conventional treatment, and the treatment group received Shexiang Baoxin pills and trimetazidine hydrochloride additionally. The treatment lasted for 2 months. Major physiological indicators, clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 69.0% in the control group, and was 92.9% in the treatment group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）, left atrial end-diastolic diameter（LADD） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. No serious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion： Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride safe, effective, and reliable for the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
