摘要
分析了双燃料发动机的燃烧放热规律 ,对直喷式柴油机燃用 LPG/柴油双燃料的排放性能进行了研究 ,并与单用柴油的排放水平进行了对比。结果表明 :发动机转速和平均有效压力对污染物排放有较大影响 ,与燃用柴油相比 ,燃用 LPG/柴油双燃料其烟度排放有明显降低 ,CO排放在大负荷、高转速时较低 ,NOx 的排放在中、小负荷时较低 ,其余工况 CO、HC、NOx 的排放明显提高。
In this paper,the heat release rate of dual fuel engine is simply analyzed, and the emission characteristics of a direct injection diesel engine fueled with LPG/diesel dual fuel are studied and compared with those of diesel fueled engine.The result shows that the engine speed and mean effective pressure have great influence on emissions.In comparison with those of the engine fueled with diesel,the smoke density of dual fuel engine is obviously decreased,the CO emission is lower at high load and speed, the NO x emission is lower at middle and light load, and in other condition the CO, HC, NO x emission are increased significantly.
