摘要 用三阶段数据包络分析(DEA)模型对2013年我国31个省市区工业效率进行评估分析,结果表明:在不考虑科技研发因素、文化教育因素、污染治理因素和资本结构因素影响的情况下,我国工业综合技术效率总体水平较低,大部分省市区工业效率处于"低技术效率、高规模效率型"。从地域上看,我国工业效率存在较大的差异,即东部最优,中部次之,西部最差。现阶段,与发达国家相比,我国工业企业经营理念与管理方式比较滞后、经营管理水平较低,是我国多数省市区工业企业首要解决的问题。 The paper estimates the industrial efficiency by three-stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) model on 31 provinces of China in 2011. The results show that the comprehensive technical efficiency level of industry is low without considering the effect of research and development factors, cultural and educational factors, pollution control factors and capital structure factors. The efficiencies of most provinces are in the "Iow- tech efficiency & high-scale efficiency type". From a regional perspective, the efficiencies of China's industry have significant regional differences, namely optimal eastern, central second and western regions worst. At the present, compared with the developed countries, management concept and management style of China's industrial enterprise fall behind. The low level of management is primary problem for most industrial enterprises to solve.
