我国区域发展格局的演变历程与优化建议

The Evolution of Regional Development Pattern in China and its Optimization Suggestions

新中国成立后我国区域发展格局经历了一个"均衡增长-非均衡增长-均衡增长"的循环发展过程,而区域发展格局的演变受国家宏观战略目标、国内外发展环境及区域资源环境禀赋条件等因素所共同影响。进入新时期,我国区域发展格局呈现出区域间差距缩小、"多级驱动"显现、区域合作与对外开放显著提高等特点,但同时也面临着区域间公共服务水平差异较大、资源环境约束加大等问题。本文基于上述分析,提出了优化我国区域发展格局、促进区域协调发展的若干政策建议。

The regional development pattern in China has experienced the cycle process of ＂balance-development＂ to ＂unbalance-development＂ and finally ＂balance-development＂. The factors that determined the development pattern are as follow： national development goals, domestic and international development conditions, regional resource and environment conditions. Since 2000s, the regional development pattern in China has presented several new characteristics;such as balanced-development, multi-pole driven pattern, more open-up and regional cooperation. However, there＇re still several problems： the huge gap of public service in different regions, more environment and resource restrictions. Based on the previous research, we proposed several suggestions to promote balance-development in China.
