介绍了一种机械-气动传动压力机的工作原理,给出了力学受力和行程计算公式。该压力机采用摆动气缸,在气缸直径和气体压力不变时通过连杆机构增力,使压力机的工作压力显著提高。
The working principle of a kind of mechanical-pneumatic driven press has been introduced in the text. The mechanical force and stroke calculation formulas have been put forward. By adopting oscillating cylinder, the force has been increased by connecting rod when the diameter of cylinder and air pressure is constant. Thus in this way, the working force of the press has been greatly improved.
