摘要
采用矢量多边形法建立了对称直动肘杆机构中的滑块位移、速度的表达式,并优化设计数学模型,采用模拟退火算法和罚函数法相结合来处理目标函数,并对直动肘杆机构进行优化设计。优化结果表明,混合遗传算法可更有效率地获得符合实际生产要求的最优解。
The method of vector polygon has been adopted to establish the slider motion and speed equations in direct-driven press. The optimum design mathematics model based on hybrid genetic algorithm has been carried out. The traditional genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm have been combined to handle the objective function and optimize the design of direct-driven link. The optimization results show that the hybrid genetic algorithm can more efficiently converge to an optimal result which can satisfy the practical production.
