摘要 以扁挤压筒为研究对象,分析了采用线切割加工内衬时遇到开裂的状况,然后分别从7个方向(包括避免线切割工序、控制碳量、改变锻造法、钻减应力孔等)提出了更改意见。然后针对内衬内孔的抛光,分析了采用增加补块法最关键的是扁孔平面与圆弧精确对接,最困难的是扁孔开档尺寸太小,长度较长,避免不了自重产生下挠,影响精度;对此方法的缺点,提出了采用内孔抛光工具,利用气动马达安装空心刀杆接千叶轮的方式进行抛光,同时对这种方法进行了效果检验,结果满足内衬精度要求。 Taking a flat extrusion cylinder as the object, the cracking situation during wire-cutting the lining has been analyzed. The alteration from seven directions including wire cutting process, controlling carbon content, changing forging method, the stress relief hole drill avoid has been put forward. Then aiming at the lining hole polishing, the key point which is precise docking of flat hole plane and circular has been analyzed by use of increase patch method. The most difficult one is that the the unavoidable self generated deflection can effect the accuracy since flat hole open file size is too small and the length is longer. Considering the defects of the above method, the inner hole polishing tool has been put forward. The pneumatic motor has been adopted to install hollow rod and thousand impeller to finish the polish. Meanwhile, the effect of the method has been tested which can satisfy the lining precision.
