Blanking is the first step in sheet metal processing. The advanced technical method has been adopted to conduct the quality management, which is effective in avoiding batch scrap, saving cost, and improving efficiency. The intelligent plane detector can be used to achieve quick intelligent detect for two-dimensional sheet metal parts produced by CNC punch press, laser cutting machine, plasma cutting machine, water jet cutting machine,conventional punch press, etc. It also has full-dimension detection and matching, reverse engineering, and printing detection report functions.
