摘要
通过对一新款汽车灯泡固定支架冲压零件的成形工艺进行分析,介绍了具有冲圆孔、冲方孔、打字、切边、打筋打倒角、切槽、打凸、切口、折边、翻边、成形的7大工位的排样设计方案,阐述了多工位级进模的模具结构特点和模具主要零件的设计要点。实际生产证明,零件质量稳定,符合产品要求,模具设计合理可靠,生产效率高,适合自动化生产。
Through the analysis of stamping process for a car bulb holder, the layout design scheme which has 7 stations including punching round hole, punehing square hole, typing, trimming, rib chamfering, notch, hit convex heating, incision, folding, flanging, and forming has been introduced. The tool structural features and design key points of main parts in tool of multi- position progressive die have been expounded. The practical production proves that the part quality is stable which can satisfy the requirement. The tool is reasonable and reliable in design with high productivity, which is suitable for automatic production.
