摘要
接插件是电子元器件中使用十分广泛的零件之一,其成形需采用多工序的冲压加工方法来完成。文章针对该零件的形状、尺寸、精度要求和产量,对其冲压成形的方法做了深入研究,绘制出级进冲压排样图,并设计出模具结构图。本文对相似零件生产具有借鉴、指导作用。
Aiming at the profile, dimension, accuracy requirement and output of connector, the stamping method has been further studied. The layout of progressive stamping has been drawn. The structural drawing of the tool has been designed, which provides a reference and guidance to similar parts.
