摘要
多点成形设备中,其数控系统各动作参数的制定是非常重要的,直接影响到产成品的成形质量,是实现多点成形设备自动化运行的必要条件。为获得这些参数,对多点成形过程进行有限元数值分析,并将有效的参数数据编入控制系统进行成形控制。通常采用有限元分析中的非线性分析获得这些参数数据。
The formulation of action parameters of the digital control system is very importance in the multipoint forming equipment. which directly influence the finished products forming quality. The parameters are the necessary conditions to fulfill automatic operation of the multi-point forming equipment. In order to get the parameters, the software of finite element analysis has been adopted to conduct the multi-point forming procese. The effective parameters data have been edited into the control system. The data have been usually obtained by use of nonlinear analysis of finite element analysis.
