摘要
合成氨装置一段转化炉炉管外伸段新材质均采用304H和321H奥氏体不锈钢,国内多套装置的炉管运行几年出现炉管外伸段母材泄漏。文中通过对一段炉泄漏部位运行环境分析,结合对泄漏炉管的失效分析,查找出合成氨装置一段炉外伸段母材泄漏原因,并提出改进方法。
All the materials used for extended section's base metal of primary reformer of synthetic ammonia plant are 304 Hand 321H austenitic stainless steel. In many plants,leak occurred in the extended section's base metal of furnace tubersafter a few years of operation. This paper made operation environment analysis to the leaked position of the primary reformer.Combined with the failure analysis to the leaked furnace tubes,causes for leak of extended section's base metal of theprimary reformer of synthetic ammonia plant were found and the improvement method was put forward.
