摘要
企业资金集中管理模式包括结算中心模式、内部银行模式和财务公司模式。文中结合某企业实行资金集中管理前后的管理模式变化,分析了企业资金集中管理模式的应用效果、面临的问题及解决措施。
The centralized management modes for enterprise funds include settlement center mode,internal bank mode andfinance company mode. Based on the management mode change after implementation of fund central management in anenterprise,this paper analyzed the application effect of centralized management modes for enterprise funds,the problem itis facing and the countermeasures.
