不同桩道预备时机对根管充填材料根尖封闭性的影响

Effect of riming of post space preparation on the apical seal of root canals filling with different obturation materials

目的:探讨两种根管充填材料的根尖封闭性能及不同桩道预备时机对两种材料根尖封闭性的影响,为临床选择更合理的根充材料及桩道预备时机提供参考。方法:60颗前牙截冠后进行根管预备。随机分为A、B两组,每组30颗。A组Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶尖;B组新型树脂Realseal根管充填系统,均釆用侧向加压法根管充填。A、B组内再随机各分为三组:无桩道预备组(A1组,B1组),即刻桩道预备组(A2组,B2组),延迟桩道预备组(A3组,B3组),每组10颗,所有样本以磷酸锌水门汀封闭根管口,置于墨水中染色7 d。结果:A1组与B1组微渗漏值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A2组与A1组比较,B2组与B1组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A3组与A1组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B3组与B1组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种根管充填材料具有不同的根尖封闭性,Realseal根管充填封闭性最佳。Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶行根管充填后,即刻桩道预备对其根尖封闭性无明显影响,延迟桩道预备会使其根尖封闭性降低。Realseal根管充填系统行根管充填后,即刻与延迟桩道预备对其根尖封闭性均无明显影响。

Objective： To explore the characteratics of apical sealing between filling material of root canal and the effect of different time of post space preparation on the capbility between filling materals of root canal,and to provide the reference for choosing a more reasonable root filling material and time of post space preparation in clinical. Methods： 60 front teeth were cut crown and randomly divided into two groups,A（ Cortisomol cataplasm ＋ tooth rubber tip） and B（ new resin Realseal root canal filling system）,each group of 30. Lateral pressure method was performed to fill root canal. 30 front teeth in A / B group were randomly divided into three groups respectively： no post space preparation（ A1,B1）,immediate post space preparation（ A2,B2）,delayed post space preparation（ A3,B3）,each group of ten. Seal root canal orifice with zinc phosphate cement and stain for 7 days in the ink. Results： There was a significant difference in micro leakage values between A1 and B1（ PM〈0.05）. Similar result appeared between A3 and A1（ P〈0.05）. However,no significant difference in micro leakage value was detected between A2 and A1（ P〉0.05）,B1 and B2（ P〉0.05）,B3 and B1（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion： There was different characteratic of apical sealing between filling material of root canal,of which the sealing capbility of Realseal root canal filling was better. After root canal filling with Cortisomol paste line ＋ the teeth,immediate pile prepare had no significant effect on the apical sealing ability of tao,while delay pile prepare reduced the apical sealing ability. After root canal filling with Realseal line canal filling sys-tem,the immediate pile and the delayed pile had no effect on the apical sealing ability.
