炎症因子在蛛网膜下隙出血后脑血管痉挛中的作用研究

摘要 脑血管痉挛(CVS)是蛛网膜下隙出血(SAH)后的严重并发症,是SAH患者致死及致残的主要原因。多数观点认为,血管壁炎症反应是CVS的主要发病机制,其中炎症因子的作用至关重要。本文结合相关文献对主要炎症因子在CVS中的作用进行综述。
