Multiple Presentation of Archaeological Culturein the Three Gorges——Preface of the Archaeological Culture in the Three Gorges during Xia- Shang Period

《三峡夏商时期考古文化》以三峡地区夏商时期考古资料为线索,从多角度对三峡地区夏商时期的历史进行分析和研究。由新石器时代晚期发展而来的土著文化是三峡地区的主体文化,往后过渡到夏商时期的巴文化。该著作又从考古发现的古文化遗存揭示出夏商时期长江洪水的发生及远古时期长江河床、河道走向的演变,使我们较全面的了解到三峡地区夏商时期社会变迁历史及古代水文信息。

Using archaeological materials as Links,the archaeological Culture in the Three Gorges during Xia- Shang Period gives us a multi- angle of analysis and research on its history. Indigenous culture developed from the late Neolithic period is the host culture in the Three Gorges,which later evolves into Ba culture in Xia- Shang period. The book also reveals evolution of riverbed and riverway of the Yangtze river flood during Xia- Shang period,which gives us a full picture of history about social changes in the Three Gorges during Xia – Shang period and ancient hydrographic information.
