摘要 为了研究不同矿物细掺合料对活性粉末混凝土力学性能的影响,用硅微粉、粉煤灰、石英粉、粉煤灰与石英粉双掺(双掺组)共4种矿物掺合料,分别取代不同比例的硅粉来制作活性粉末混凝土试块;同时,采用不同的养护温度和不同的养护龄期对混凝土试块进行养护;最后,测出4组混凝土试块的抗压和抗折强度以及棱柱体的抗压强度,分别绘出抗压和抗折性能曲线。研究结果表明:同一种矿物掺合料,养护温度越高,其抗压和抗折强度越高;在同一养护条件下,粉煤灰改善活性粉末混凝土的抗压和抗折性能效果最好,石英粉最差,硅微粉和双掺组介于两者之间。 In order to investigate the effects of the different mineral fine admixture on the mechanical properties of the reactive powder concrete( RPC),silica fume was replaced by the silicon powder,fly ash,quartz powder and fly ash-quartz powder( double mixed group) to make RPC-test block cured in different temperatures and different time. The compressive strength and flexural strength of cubic specimens as well as the compressive strength of prism specimen were measured. The results show that the higher the curing temperature the better the mechanical properties for the same mineral admixtures. Fly ash is the best and quartz powder is the worst.Silicon powder and double mixed group are between them for improving the mechanical properties of powder concrete.
