摘要
吸附等温线表明了被分离组分在固定相和流动相之间的浓度分配关系,在顺序式模拟移动床色谱分离过程模拟和工艺参数计算中具有重要意义。采用吸附-脱附法确定了65℃下果葡糖浆中葡萄糖和果糖在制备钙型色谱柱上的竞争吸附等温线,比较了竞争Langmuir和bi Langmuir2种不同模型对实验数据的拟合结果,其中bi Langmuir模型拟合程度最好,同时得出葡萄糖和果糖的竞争吸附等温线模型参数。
The adsorption isotherms show that the concentration relationship between the stationary phase and mobile phase of the separated components, it had important significance in the separation process sumulation of sequential simulated moving bed chromatography and calculation of process parameters. The adsorption-desorption method was used to determine the competitive adsorption isotherms of glucose and fructose in fructose syrup on the preparative column at 65 ℃, then, the experimental data were fitted by the competitive Langmuir and bi Langmuir models, the fitting results of bi Langmuir was best, simultaneously, the parameters of competitive adsorption models were obtained.
