摘要
主要研究了在相对湿度50%的条件下,不同温度对2种不同结构乳粉包装膜的氧气透过率的影响和33℃时不同湿度对2个样品的氧气透过率的影响。结果表明,湿度一定的条件下,2个样品随着温度的升高,其氧气透过率也呈升高趋势;在温度一定的条件下,随着湿度的上升,2个样品的氧气透过率也呈上升趋势。温度和湿度对样品1的影响较小,对样品2的影响较大。
This paper mainly studied that when RH 50%, the effects of different temperature on oxygen transmission rate of two different structure of the milk powder packaging film and when 33 ℃, the effects of different humidity on two samples' oxygen transmission rate. The results show that, when the humidity constant, the two samples' oxygen transmission rate with the temperature rises; When the temperature constant, the two samples' oxygen transmission rate with the humidity rises. To sample 1's oxygen transmission rate, the effects of temperature and humidity is less than sample 2's.
