玛咖淫羊藿复方对缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用研究

Alleviating physical fatigue effects of Maca and Epimedium compound in mice

目的:研究玛咖淫羊藿复方对缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用。方法:选用昆明种雄性小鼠200只,分组后按照低、中、高剂量分别给予玛咖淫羊藿复方产品、玛咖提取物、淫羊藿提取物,阴性对照组给予等量纯水,连续灌胃30 d后,测定各组小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素含量、肝糖原含量和血乳酸面积。结果:与阴性对照组比较,复方组在延长小鼠负重游泳时间,加速小鼠血清尿素清除,促进肝糖原储备量,减少运动后血乳酸增加方面作用显著,且作用优于单一提取物组。结论:玛咖淫羊藿复方具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用且优于单一提取物。

Objective： To study the Maca and Epimedium compound to alleviate the effect of physical fatigue in mice. Methods： 200 male mice were given Maca and Epimedium compound, Maca extract, Epimedium extract according to the low, medium and high doses respectively, the negative control group were given the equivalent pure water, lavaged continuously for 30 days, the weight loading swimming time, the serum urea content, the content of hepatic glycogen and the blood lactic acid area were determined for each group. Results： Compared with negative control group, the compound group could prolong the swimming time, accelerate the process of eliminating the serum urea, promote liver glycogen storage, decrease the blood lactic acid after exercise, its effect was better than that of single extract. Conclusion： Maca and Epimedium compound has the function of alleviating physical fatigue in mice and was superior to the single extract.
