摘要
目的:研究超高压微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定复合食品包装材料中硼含量的仪器参数条件。方法:采用超高压力消解罐消解对样品进行预处理,然后用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对样品中硼含量进行测定。结果:在所选择的最佳仪器条件下,方法的线性良好,在线性范围0~0.500 mg/L内,相关系数达0.9998,测试样品的准确度和精密度也符合要求。结论:测定样品中流通领域复合包装材料硼含量要高于生产领域的;3层材质的复合包装袋硼含量高于2层材质的;PE材质的硼含量比PP材质的稍高。
Objective: To study the instrument conditions and determine the content of boron in composite food packaging materials by ultra-high pressure microwave digestion and ICP-AES. Methods: The samples were pretreated by ultra-high pressure microwave digestion, and determined by ICP-AES. Results: The method had good linearity and the linear range was from 0 mg/L to 0.500 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was up to 0.9998. The accuracy and precision can meet the requirements under the optimized instrument conditions. Conclusion: The results indicated that the content of boron in the bulk plastic packaging is higher than in plastic packaging by enterprise production; boron in three layers was higher than two layers; boron in PE was a little more than in PP.
