摘要
海上丝绸之路建设战略是中国在新时期扩大开放的伟大战略构想,也成为海南省继国际旅游岛建设战略后经济崛起的又一重大利好。研究认为海南与非洲经济合作的前景高广阔,海南有建设海上丝绸之路的比较优势,对非洲合作意义重大。
Maritime Silk Road Construction is a great strategy in China＇ s new era of expanding opening - up, also becomes another new preferential policy to boost Hainan＇ s economy after the international tourism island con- struction. This study finds the future of economic cooperation between Hainan and Africa is bright. Hainan is full of comparative advantages to construct Maritime Silk Road which is very significant to the cooperation with Africa.
