Australian Higher Education and Its Referential Significance—Based on the Field Investigation of Leadership Ability Construction Project in Chinese and Australian Universities

澳大利亚拥有较为完善的高等教育制度体系,对澳大利亚高等教育制度体系的了解将有助于我们转变教育教学观念、重新认识课堂教育教学管理行为、强化职业教育及推进高等教育国际化。澳大利亚TEQSA质量审核模式、教育国际化特点以及科研管理模式对我国正在进行的高等教育改革,非常有借鉴意义。

As is known to all, Australia has an advanced higher education system. A careful study of its edu- cation system is an effective way to change our concept of education and teaching, update our recognition on class - based teaching management behavior, improve vocational education, and promote the internalization of higher education. On the basis of field investigation, this paper gives the introduction to auditing mode of Australian TE- QSA quality, features of education internationalization, and pattern of scientific research management. These measures are significant to the ongoing higher education reform in our country.
