摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,各种先进制造技术逐渐应用到制造系统中,提高数控加工技术的应用水平,实现高效数控加工已经成为制造业中需要解决的主要问题之一。本文对数控加工中切削参数进行优化分析,最终达到提高加工效率、降低生产成本以及获得高质量产品的目的。
With the continuous development of science and technology,various kinds of advanced manufacturing technology are gradually applied to manufacturing system,improving the application level of numerical control processing technology and realizing high-efficient numerical control processing have already become one of the major problems needed to be solved in the manufacturing industry. In this paper,the cutting parameters in numerical control processing are optimized and analyzed,finally to achieve the goal of improving work efficiency,reducing production cost and obtaining high-quality products.
