摘要
利用罗克韦尔公司的自动控制产品和技术,设计了自动油脂喷涂机电气控制系统。主要以Allen Bradley Compact Logix系列PLC为控制核心,基于Panel View Plus 700人机界面的上位机监控系统,根据自动油脂喷涂机的动作要求分配PLC的输入输出点,并完成了硬件的设计和软件的编程,达到了对自动油脂喷涂机的功能要求。
Electric control system auto grease spraying machine is designed based on the auto-controlling products and technologies of Rockwell Company. This control system uses Allen Bradley Compact Logix serial PLC as the core of controller,based on Panel View Plus 700 HMI monitoring system,implements the distribution of PLC input and output points according to the motion requirements of auto grease spaying machine,then finishes hardware designing and software programming to achieve the functional requirments of auto grease spraying.
